Manu Kapoor is a distinguished corporate professional with an illustrious career spanning over four decades. Renowned for his expertise in brand development, strategic communication, crisis management, and planning, Manu has left an indelible mark on the corporate landscape of India.

 

Beginning his journey as a Manager in Retail Policy & Research at GSK in 1983, Manu pursued his Master of Philosophy in Public Policy Analysis from the University of Rajasthan, graduating in 1987. His career took flight as a Brand Manager at ITC Limited in 1987, where his innovative thinking, comprehensive understanding of government policies, and strategic brand positioning skills garnered acclaim.

 

Throughout his career, Manu has held Senior Management roles at prestigious organizations including DCM Shriram Industries Ltd, IFFCO, Procter & Gamble, Vestergaard, Reliance Industries Limited, Cairn Energy PLC, Vodafone, JSPL, Samsung Electronics, and ArcelorMittal Nippon Steel India. Notably, he also played a pivotal role in shaping the media strategy and positioning for the launch of the IPL team "Mumbai Indians".


His influence extends beyond borders, having made significant contributions across various geographies including South East Asia, Australia, the Pacific, Middle East, and Russia. Manu's innovative business development ideas have propelled organizations to new heights in marketing. Recognized for his exceptional communication skills and storytelling prowess, Manu is revered as a thought leader in the industry.
